I earn passive income from my rental properties: I have mortgages to pay for it all cause the up front investment is high - but as they are all managed I don't have to lift a finger except to sign the odd check. Online is way different- its more work now get paid later - but the paying keeps on happening - well that's what I hope anyway! I’d totally agree with you Diane.
